1. Acceptance of Terms
By signing up for an account, accessing the Finivoo directory, or initiating consultation calls on Finivoo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use immediately.
2. SEBI Compliance & Nature of Advice
Advisors listed on Finivoo are independent professionals. Advisors holding SEBI RIA (Registered Investment Advisor) designations are individually responsible for ensuring their advisory practices comply with SEBI regulations. Finivoo acts as a technology intermediary facilitating secure real-time connectivity, identity verification, and wallet escrow.
3. Wallet & Consultation Billing
Consultations are booked and billed per dedicated session:
- Per-Session Billing: Each consultation is booked as a dedicated session with transparent, upfront pricing agreed upon before connecting.
- Wallet Escrow: The session fee is reserved from your wallet balance upon booking and only released once the consultation takes place.
- Refunds & Rescheduling: If a session is interrupted due to technical failure or advisor no-show, wallet credits for the session are automatically restored in full.
4. Code of Conduct & Prohibited Activities
Users and advisors agree to conduct all financial discussions ethically and professionally. Soliciting off-platform payments to circumvent platform protection, sharing false regulatory credentials, or harassment will result in immediate termination of account access.
5. Contact & Dispute Resolution
Disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith mediation before Finivoo Support in Bangalore/Bhopal jurisdiction, India.
